Clinical and Cost-Effectiveness of a Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment in Canada Elders Receiving Chemotherapy

The Primary Objective of the 5C study is to determine the clinical effectiveness of the intervention on maintaining/improving quality of life in older adults aged > 70 years referred for adjuvant/curative or first/second line palliative chemotherapy compared to usual oncology care.

A cost-effectiveness analysis will also be done alongside the clinical trial.
